Our ambition is to have a balanced representation of gender and nationalities in our senior leadership by 2030. We aim to create an even more inclusive company, through a strategy that is non-discriminatory and compliant with local laws, ensuring fairness of opportunity and merit-based recruitment and selection.
We are a signatory of the UN Global Pact – Target Gender Equality.
Starting from 2021, we made significant strides in recognising equal pay by obtaining the Fair-ON-Pay certification across multiple sites, reinforcing our dedication to equitable compensation practices. After initially securing equal pay certification for all sites in Switzerland in 2021, we have added 15 more country certifications over the past four years, and we are pursuing our certification for three more sites. We currently cover 80% of our population.
Our diversity and inclusion affinity groups (LGBTQ+, gender-equality, disability) raise awareness and promote inclusion locally with the support of regional diversity and inclusion councils. All are welcome to participate, join, and contribute with these groups.
We are a partner of LEAD Network (Leading Executives Advancing Diversity), a European-based organisation to increase gender representation at leadership level and support its ongoing commitment to growing inclusive practices in a way that is non-discriminatory, legally compliant and based on fairness and merit. All employees are welcome to become members.
